To to be a disruptor in your family lineage, making a generational difference, by Vejay Reddy
Underpinned by our past paradigms, dogmatic learnings, traditional indoctrinations, and our inner belief systems, each individual’s experiences are different since we journey life through our own set of ‘adapted and altered’ lenses. We interpret life differently based on our frame of reference. Our intergenerational thread carries both the strength of intergenerational resilience and the weight of intergenerational trauma. But with your needle - being your silver bullet - you choose the thread that shapes your story. It’s like having a cup half empty of half full, its how you want to Picasso your life. by Vejay Reddy

Human Behavior 101: We choose to say and do, What we want... When we want… How we want…To suite the current and potential situation. We selectively manipulate the situation to suite ourselves and align it to our belief in order to reinforce and support our thinking. This allows complacency. The false narrative that 'we are right'! A sort of 'self-proclaimed positive reinforcement'. By Vejay Reddy

In reality, their family influences, conversations around the dinner table, schooling, and vectored extracurricular activities have moulded them into "Street Smart" individuals. Intergenerational thread is made up of intergenerational resilience and intergenerational trauma. Taking the needle, which is your metaphoric silver bullet, what thread do you want to use to clothe your person. It’s like having a cup half empty of half full, its how you want to Picasso your life. The one mistake that we all face is that we are waiting for a ‘thank you’ and a Noddy badge. Why should we wait for this? We must focus on ourselves first in order to deliver on the inner goals that we set for ourselves. When we have a fighting spirit, a tenacity to achieve something, we must indoctrinate our beliefs that no one, not anyone, should come in the way of our goals. Dream big, select the goals wisely, and achieve it – one step at a time. By Vejay Reddy
